In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person is defined as personal data. Except for some exceptional cases, the explicit consent of the personal data owner is required in order to process personal data within the scope of the aforementioned Law. Within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No.6698, the collection of all kinds of personal and private personal data given below by HATAY METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, including those who identify or determine my identity verbal / written and / or electronically, by HATAY METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY I accept, declare, and undertake that I consent in advance to be recorded, shared, processed, and stored.

Pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No .6698, my personal data will be processed by the EXPO'2021 HATAY event organized by HATAY METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, for what purpose, to whom and for what purpose the processed personal data can be transferred, the method and legal reason for collecting personal data and Article 11 of the Law.
